Growing up in Evergreen, Colorado, I was inspired by the pine tree’s ability to thrive, even in the coldest of winters. I founded Evergreen Counseling to help individuals thrive, even when things are hard. Our licensed counselors specialize in anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, trauma, vocational discernment, couples, parenting, and general dissatisfaction. We are trained in EMDR, a highly effective treatment for trauma. If something has you stuck, we can help you process and move on.
In Person And Online
We offer in person counseling in the Triangle and online counseling across the state of North Carolina
